1. Should I dilute my natural detergent with hot or cold water?
With Danika, there's no need to become a chemist or heat anything up! Simply mix the powder from the refill with cold tap water.
To prepare your detergent:
- Pour the whole refill into a 1 L bottle.
- Add cold water halfway up, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Top up with cold water to the rim of the bottle.
- For the best mix, give it one final shake a few hours after preparing it.
When your bottle is empty, keep it and simply order a new refill. It will be delivered in a compostable, plastic-free envelope.
2. How do I dose my Danika detergent?
For lightly soiled laundry and moderately hard water, pour 40 ml per wash. To avoid waste and make things easier, use the Danika stainless steel laundry scoop. It's simple: one full Danika scoop equals the ideal dose for a wash.
