Glass can be melted down and reformed indefinitely. It's therefore a responsible alternative to single-use plastics. While its initial production consumes energy and emits CO₂, recycling it significantly reduces its environmental impact:
- 1 tonne of recycled glass saves 1.2 tonnes of raw materials and cuts energy consumption threefold compared with production from virgin materials.
- Recycling avoids 0.5 tonnes of CO₂ per tonne processed.

Our glass detergent bottles are part of an eco-responsible approach. Reusable, they help reduce plastic waste and environmental impact. Unobtrusive, they blend naturally onto the household products shelf.

1. Can I use this bottle for products other than detergent?
The 1 L glass detergent bottle is versatile: it can hold any of your homemade household products. If you do this, clean the bottle thoroughly with hot water before pouring in another DIY product.
2. How do I look after my bottle so it lasts a long time?
Wash your glass detergent bottle regularly with hot soapy water, rinse well and leave to air-dry. If you want to disinfect it, use a little rubbing alcohol and leave to dry.
3. Is glass really recyclable?
The glass used to make our detergent bottles is recyclable. Unlike some synthetic materials, it can be melted down and reused multiple times to create new bottles or jars.
4. Is Danika detergent supplied with the bottle?
The 1 L glass detergent bottle is sold on its own. You can then fill it with your own preparation or with a powder detergent refill, sold separately. We offer 2 scents, Gentian and Cotton Flower, as well as a hypoallergenic detergent for baby laundry.
